Trailwalker is fundraising endurance event conducted across the world by Oxfam, in which teams of four competitors must complete a course of 100 kilometres (62 mi) in a set time limit.
"Other trail runners in Hong Kong thought we ran pass them so fast that we were a lot like unidentified flying objects in mountains so we decided to use UFO as our team name," said team leader Tsang Chui Kit (Ying Ying). 2XU UFO grabbed 2015 Trailwalker champion title in 11 hours and 58 minutes, making Hong Kong proud as they are the first local trailwalker champion team.
I attended 2015 champion team - UFO's sharing session on 7th of January evening and was inspired by their passion for running, racing and pushing limits.

"They all have different preference when it comes to food. We made a very detailed list of food and drinks and tried to make sure they could get what they most needed at each checkpoint during the journey of 100km. It was not as easy as it sounds, as we had to get to each place fast. We also trained ourselves to run faster before the race because they wouldn't stop even at checkpoints, inevitably we sometimes would need to run with them to hand them food," Angel continued, "I now know I have to train harder as I tried to run with them and hand them some suppliers on an uphill but they were too fast," said Angel, Ying Ying's wife and UFO team supporter.

"It was not just a victory of 4, this champion belongs to a group of 20-30 people. Yes, four of us were running the race but we also had 5 cyclists, 3 cars and UFO support team at 9 different checkpoints to help us from the start to finish including my wife Angel," Ying Ying concluded.
